I just had an auto accident. What should I do next?
1. Call 911 and report to the appropriate authorities immediately.

Where can I get Auto Identification card(s) for my Progressive Insurance Automobile or Motorcycle policy?
Replacement cards can be obtained from our office or from Progressive’s website. Click here for ways to contact us. We can provide these cards to you by US MAIL, fax, or email.
I need to make a change to my current Progressive Insurance policy. How do I go about doing that?
You can go to Progressive’s website or to our website’s Customer Service page to complete a request for an auto change. You can also email our staff or call our office. Click for ways to contact our office.
Does Progressive Insurance allow me to pay my insurance premiums by monthly bank draft?
Yes. You will need to complete an authorization form and provide a voided check for the account you wish to use for the bank draft. Click here to download that form. Click HERE to download that form.
I have misplaced my current policy. Where can I get a copy of my policy?
You can request a copy of your policy by going to Progressive’s website or contacting our office.
How long do I need to keep expired insurance policies?
If you have not had any claims, then you only need to keep your current policy. If you have had a claim, then you may want to keep a copy of the policy that covers the date of your loss until the claim has been settled. After that, you should only need your current policy.
I need to cancel my Progressive Insurance policy. What do I need to do?
Was your agent? We are required to submit a cancellation request to Progressive Insurance, so you will need to sign a cancellation request form for us to send to them. Click HERE to download a Request for Cancellation Form. Please do keep in mind that Progressive Insurance sometimes charges a $50 mid-term cancellation fee.
