I just had an auto accident. What should I do next?
1. Call 911 and report to appropriate authorities immediately.
2. Report to our office as soon as possible or directly to Progressive at 800.274.4499. Click for ways to contact our office.

Where can I get Auto Identification card(s) for my Progressive Drive Insurance Automobile or Motorcycle policy?
Replacement cards can be obtained from our office or by going to Progressive’s website. Click Here for ways to contact us. We can provide these cards to you by US MAIL, fax or email.
I need to make a change on my current Progressive Drive Insurance policy. How do I go about doing that?
You can go to Progressive’s website or to our website’s Customer Service page to complete a request for auto change. You can also email our staff or call our office. Click for ways to contact our office.
Does Progressive Drive Insurance allow me to pay my insurance premiums by monthly bank draft?
Yes. You will need to complete an authorization form, along with giving us a voided check on the account you wish to use for the bank draft. Click here to download that form. Click HERE to download that form.
I have misplaced my current policy. Where can I get a copy of my policy?
You can request a copy of your policy by going to Progressive’s website or contacting our office.
How long do I need to keep expired insurance policies?
If you have not had any claims, then you only need to keep your current policy. If you have had a claim, then you may want to keep the copy of the policy that covers the date of your loss until the claim has been settled. After that you should only need your current policy.
I need to cancel my Progressive Drive Insurance based insurance policy. What do I need to do?
We as your agent are required to send in a cancellation request to Progressive Drive Insurance, so you will need to sign a cancellation request form for us to send to them. Please contact our office. Click Here for ways to contact us. You can download a cancellation request to print and complete and return to us to cancel a policy. Click HERE to download a Request for Cancellation Form. Please do keep in mind that Progressive Insurance sometimes charges a $50 mid-term cancellation fee.
